Tip 1: Next time you make hot chocolate, throw a handful of semi-sweet (or dark) chocolate chips into the cup before you pour in the hot water/milk.

Drinking Chocolate
to begin with. It's made of chocolate shavings, not cocoa powder.

Yeah. That looks really good--we just have a bunch of the crappy cocoa powder packets that I've been trying to use up :) When I'm less lazy, I chop up some bakers chocolate and use that.
